We aim to provide the highest possible education for all children at Dallas Road Community Primary School. The aims and ethos of our school clearly demonstrates our commitment to fully including, respecting and supporting all members of our school community whatever their cultural background, belief, gender, race or disability.

We ensure that:

•  everyone is treated fairly and with respect;  
• we make sure the school is a safe and engaging place for all; 
• we recognise that people have varying needs, and we understand that treating people equally does not always involve treating them all in exactly the same way;
• we recognise that for some pupils tailored support is needed to help them to be successful and be the best they can be;
• we do our best to make sure that people from a range of different groups in our school community are consulted and involved in school decisions,
• we have clear and consistent procedures for dealing with prejudice-related bullying and incidents
