The Governors have adopted a school uniform that is both reasonably priced and practical. Generic items are acceptable.

School Uniform

Whilst generic items are acceptable, school uniform and bags with the school logo on are available from the Uniform & Leisurewear Company Ltd on Common Garden street in Lancaster. 

Make-Up/Nails/Earrings/Hair  

Make up must not be worn.

If earrings are worn they should be small studs and only one ear-ring in each earlobe. Earrings must be removed for PE.

False nails, both stick on and acrylic, are not permitted.

Long hair should be tied back.  Hair styles should be suitable for school.

There may be religious exceptions - please discuss this with us if this affects your child.

P.E. 

Indoor kit

black/navy shorts, leggings or tracksuit/jogging bottoms

bare feet

Outdoor kit

trainers/pumps (but not trainers that have been worn as school  shoes)

black/navy jumper, hoody (school ones are available to purchase) or tracksuit top

No football shirts of sports fashion wear

Swimming

Boys - trunks or tight, short shorts (long baggy shorts are not permitted)

Girls -  one piece swimming costume (A bikini/ holiday wear is not permitted)

Swimming hats (school ones available to purchase from the office) for anyone whose hair goes in the eyes when wet.                                       

Goggles (if permission slip completed - see class teacher or office)
